I think jackson’s officials needs to get more police officer on the street and the clubs need more security because if you look at that’s where most of there crime are being committed after people leave the club you know most of them have been drinking so have an officer nearby the club just in case something happen and the need to start closing at an desecent time.

I think the law should allow castration and I also think the law should set the death penalty for anyone who commits murder and is convicted for it, that would cut down alot of sexual crimes and murders in the state of Ms.

Project X: The Castration Experiment - a documentary that should be offered to the law makers by the media

Since 1996, six American states have voted in legislation to castrate sex offenders, either physically or chemically.
Is it treatment, or punishment? Or is it both?

Castration has been tried many times in Europe and the United States over the past century. In the present experiment, states are trying to save money. To reduce prison bills, castrated rapists and pedophiles are being released back into the community. Will the public be safe?

Many doctors, rape survivors and prosecutors think not. If rapists are motivated more by power than sex, then castration may lead them to commit even more violent sexual assaults, including mutilation and murder. <thier are plenty of cases to prove this>

<The law makers are often not informed enough in this state (MS) to pass such a law and should be made aware of the cons that in past experiments have out weighted the pros. Putting sex offenders back on the streets because they are now castrated does not help our communities. As of reports on the web(1999) they often have commited far more violent crimes and never get any mental help>

Please help inform the public and the law makers, Thanks
