this is about dui but also about the 220 situation. i dont drive it anymore. my mom was serverly hurt by a drunk driver on 220 at hanging moss rd. he was also speeding. he hit two cars one on each side. my mom could have been killed. i ahte it takes all these lossess before they do something. they should have done it ealier. nothing was done to the guy that hit my mom. |

I feel a person who is convicted of DUI for the first time should get into a court ordered treatment. The second time tere after the person should recieve a jail sentence of some kind along with treatment inside jail. A DUI in my opinion is the most preventable crime. I do believe if a person who does decide to opperate a veichle under intoxication should take responsiblity for his or her actions. |
