I think if a dealer sells a person a flood damaged car and not warn them before the purcahse then when you go to the state tax commission for your tag they will let you know then that it is flood damaged from that day on the purchaser should not pay another note from that day forward and the dealer should be punished for their selfish actions because they wouldn’t want anyone to sell them a lemon i know by experience |

I know someone with a salvage yard. They buy these cars for parts, not for resale. They told me if they buy one to sale you let the buyer know it was flood damaged, and they have to sign something. If the seller is rebuilding the car (replacing engine, and other parts), and the car runs if they let the buyer know there should be no problem. So lets not stereotype all dealers into one category. However if dealers are doing this that is wrong, and sorry. |

a business that would cheat someone in this way and take a persons hard earned money should be shut down and fined one million dollars per car |
