Do you think the Legislature should have the authority to vote on a pay raise for itself?

The companies hate their workers and we need the government to step in and take over these capitalist companies eventually. They sit there and dictate what should or should not be and expect a raise? Look at our children, who have become more disrespectful because of the laws that they have made, the needy who can’t get assistant, because of some dumb law. Have they forgotten that because of good sound teacher, they are there because of them(or was they homeschooled?). I see more people on disability that can have their tells out working and there are those who need it, can’t even get it. According to the constitution we are all equal. But, we all does not get equal pay, jobs(and I know that is because of ones ability to do the jobs),freedom of speech, etc. and they call that equal? |

i do not believe they should be able to get a pay raise because what about the other people in the state. minimum wage is not about crap because you can barely live off of that and if you have children that makes a person have to go on welfare and medicaid. they are always fussing about to much is being paid out on welfare up the wages on everything. it is hard trying to make it off of that little bit of money and raise children to what they need to make it. people wander why their is so much crime in the world. look at all the people that have millions and we have people out on the streets and people without insurance, and a lot of our jobs are moving to mexico but we are suppose to make it off of this little bit and pay bills, have insurance on car, health, and everything else. we are working for nothing and people are just tired of the upper people making it and have no worries about bills but us poor folks are living paycheck to paycheck and most of the time it is gone before we even get it. they should not get a pay raise unless they raise we all get a raise so that we can atlease live comfortable and not having to worry about if our lights will get turned off or our children are going to have something to eat. some people try not to get on welfare because they know that there is always someone else out there worse off than them but some of the people that get welfare, disibility, and other government paid programs do not even deserve it and some can not even get it that do. NO THEY DO NOT NEED A PAY RAISE UNLESS WE ALL GET ONE DO NOT FORGET WHO PUT THESE PEOPLE IN OFFICE “WE THE PEOPLE” |
