What do you think about murder suspects being released from jail before they’re indicted?

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM??? WHEN A JUDGE DECIDES TO LET TWO TEENS OUT WHO HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH CAPITAL MURDER WITH NO BOND OR ANYTHING, IT IS TIME FOR HIM TO LEAVE THE BENCH.  TER SHOULD NOT BE A BOND ANYWAY FOR CAPITAL MURDER.  WHAT THE HECK WAS THE HURRY, IT’S NOT LIKE THEY MADE ANY GOOD CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY.  WHAT A DISGRACE THIS IS TO THE VICTIMS THAT ARE ALL TRYING TO HEAL FROM THIS TRAGEDY.  THEY SHOULD SHOOT THEM LIKE THEY DID HER.

When a judge allows a profound quest to uphold a set of rules out weigh good old common sense, he know longer has what it takes to be a judge. It is common knowledge that people who commit brutal crimes such as these, should never be allowed back in society, and given the chance to kill again.

When a judge releases these murders, he is taking a huge risk. Murders that kill once are definitely likly to do it again, and the judge is gambling with the lives of others. Not only should they remain in jail, but should never see the light of day.

Murder Supects Released.  With the increase amount of killings in Jackson why would any judge free the person that did the killing.  It appear that judge is not concern with a human life.  He is not making rational judgements, therefor he should retire.

These peolpe should have never been released.  To admit to a crime giving every detail proves that some kind of enforcement should be taken.  This gives people the impression that its ok to murder.  They should handle this case just as they did Norman’s. Justice should be served.

Never should they be released before indictment.  Those accused of a capital crime should not even receive bond.  Why does it take so long to indict a person that’s in jail anyway?
