I have no problem with negative campaign ads. They work. That’s the way the game is played. The one who plays it best, wins. It’s the American way. But, don’t take my word for it. Check the record.

I think that Clinton has no more experience in running a country that Barak Obama, and he is more for the people and their needs and more concerned about healthcare and living in today’s society.

I am only nineteen years old, but I think all of the mudslinging by the candidates is childish and ridiculous! And to think, these are grown men! What happened to the integrity of the leaders in Mississippi?

I have come to the conclusion that there are no “honest” politicians.  They all make promises they have no intention of keeping.  All government, local, state and federal, are the same.  They do not care about the hard-working middle class other than to tax us to death.  The “underpriviledged and wealthy” are the only ones that matter to them.

Negative campaign ads are a real turn off as far as trying to determine who you want to vote for.  This kind of campaigning does not give the voters any clear picture of who would be the best candidate for the job.  I was considering a particular candidate until I spoke with him. He was addressing the issues I had questions about but then he had to throw in a negative comment about his opponent.  Now I’m not sure which one to vote for.  I feel that if someone is making accusations about someone else there are one of two things going on:  1] both are guilty of the same things; or 2] draw attention to the other person and take attention off your doing the same thing. [Another way of using misdirection]

I think the candidates would do very well without the input of the political parties they are associated with.  It seems the ads being paid for by the political parties are the ones with the most negativity.

Simply put “let’s get back to the real issues” and leave the negatives out of this.  And stop using your faith as a means of getting votes.  That’s pretty low when you use your faith to gather votes.

I would like for the candidates to focus on the positive aspects rather than the negative. I usually turn the channel now matter which station I am watching when the negative ads come on. It makes it very hard to make a decision when they all LIE!
