I think they should be put to death! These crimes are horrific!! And hardly EVER do the offenders REALLY pay for their crime—they are turned loose to do it again. Also, there is NO such thing as “rehabilitation” for one who rapes a child, woman, or any type of crime in this area!!!!! The sooner the “lawmakers” discover this…the better!! I have NO pity on them—I do NOT care what their homelife was like—it is NO cause to rape/or do sexual assault! Kill them, and we will not have to worry about future crimes from them…also I do not appreciate MY tax $$$ being used to keep parasites like that alive in prison. |

Don’t we already have crimes that are punishable by death? And don’t we already have numerous people on death row? And are they not simply housed there since the penalty of death is seldom used? All this will do is make it harder to convict sexual offenders who are already the hardest to convict and least likely to be convicted. Let’s uphold the punishments we aready have. |

You bet… The death penalty is just what these type people deserve. And their rights?!? Once they have committed a sex crime - especially against a child, I don’t care about their rights anymore. |

The death penalty is long over due. The people who sexually abuse children and the elderly are the lowest form of humanity. This is a cruel crime and there should be someway of stopping these folks. They take away a child’s innocence and destroy their trust. Unless you have walked in the victim’s shoes you can’t begin to understand. |
