I am the Vice President of the Associated Student Government group (ASG) for all of Hinds CC, also the Chairperson of student activities at the Raymond campus. I came up with an idea of a can food drive for Thanksgiving. The event will begin 11-1-07 thru 11-14-07 and we are competing against other Hinds CC campuses. (Utica, Rankin, and Jackson). I’m woundering if you all could lend a hand in broadcasting the status of the competion and helping the Raymond campus. Maybe by asking if any store would mind donating canned goods and even turkeys.
